Andrew is fantastic!!!! I was having internet issues which literally shuts my house down. Andrew had initially set up the system and within minute of arriving  within 1 hour had the issues resolved!! Courteous and so professional! I’d give him 10 stars!

Not being tech savvy myself, I have always said I need my own Tech Department!  Well, I finally found it!  Andrew from the Tech Department did a stellar job setting up my TV and solving some serious complex computer issues for both my home and business computers. Andrew was very helpful, efficient and pleasant during his visit to help me with my computer problem.  He was also patient with this elder woman who needed his guidance and answered all my questions.  Upon leaving, he offered his help, if needed, for further questions as they arise, just by giving a quick call or text.  That was really comforting. We were having a problem with Outlook emails . Andrew was contacted by our daughter and he was in the Naples area and was at our home by  mid morning . Andrew is amazing!!  I never thought I would get my computer back running but it took Andrew almost no time to find the problem and then he cleaned up my overloaded computer so everything is more streamlined.  I would call him and Tech Dept in a nanosecond if I need help again

Andrew straightened out months of accumulated errors and misunderstandings and got rid of several "does not work" issues I thought I had. Andrew came fixed My Sonos system and left my condo in 30 minutes after my cable provider wreaked it without saying a Word. He is not only talented but also an interesting person to talk to. I will call him back in a second if I have any WIFI, Networking or computer support problems.
