He was also patient with this elder woman who needed his guidance and answered all my questions.  Upon leaving, he offered his help, if needed, for further questions as they arise, just by giving a quick call or text.  That was really comforting.   We were having a problem with Outlook emails . Andrew was contacted by our daughter and he was in the Naples area and was at our home by  mid morning .
