I just had the pleasure of meeting Andrew from Tech Dept. I was having issues with my Google Nest Gen 2 which I just bought. I installed it but couldn't get the chime to work. Andrew figured it out and got everything running perfectly.

I was having a problem connecting my HDMI 2.0 Dolby Atmos headphones to my Xbox Series X. I googled search the Internet and came across this place called the Tech Department here in Naples Florida. After I talked to a very nice gentleman named Andrew, he was at my house within an hour and connected my Headphones within 30 minutes and he also reconnected my stereo so it would have a clearer and more pronounced sound. This guy is a freaking genius when it comes to anything electronics or computer or Internet related. I will be calling him in the future for my electronic connections.
