He was also patient with this elder woman who needed his guidance and answered all my questions.  Upon leaving, he offered his help, if needed, for further questions as they arise, just by giving a quick call or text.  That was really comforting. Mr “Tech” arrived at the agreed time for my new Wall Mounted TV replacement. Spotless installation, removal for recycling old  Unit and other unused Sub-Woofer and Receiver too. Activated the WI-FI and set up remote control with easy to access settings too. If you want a Technician to do a proper install of a newly purchased Television to be Wall Mounted  and set up by a true professional, look no further. Andrew worked diligently and thoroughly. He examined my modem and router. The Dream Machine Special Edition (Ubiquiti/Unifi) system is quite challenging and much more complex that the average residential system. Andrew was able to locate the firewall setting that was causing the issue, which was not allowing the system to forward an Internet signal to my networks. He found the issue and fixed the setting. This fixed the issues that were causing many of my wired and wireless systems to be offline. I am grateful for his efforts and perseverance for several hours. I highly recommend him. Fixed a problem with two Microsoft accounts, some that worked with one drive, or e mails, or contacts, or calendar, but not all together.
Got all migrated into one account that synched all files and resolved the other issues.  All done in a friendly careful style.

I was having a problem connecting my HDMI 2.0 Dolby Atmos headphones to my Xbox Series X. I googled search the Internet and came across this place called the Tech Department here in Naples Florida. After I talked to a very nice gentleman named Andrew, he was at my house within an hour and connected my Headphones within 30 minutes and he also reconnected my stereo so it would have a clearer and more pronounced sound. This guy is a freaking genius when it comes to anything electronics or computer or Internet related. I will be calling him in the future for my electronic connections. Andrew was great. I called him in the morning and he arrived promptly in the afternoon. I had an issue with a soundbar not connecting to the TV. I had previously spent two hours on the phone with Sonos tech support with no success. Within ten minutes Andrew had diagnosed the problem and made the correction. The entire process working with the “Tech Department” was a flawless experience.  As a residential consumer, it’s difficult to select a vendor you can trust.  This is how the trust was earned.  The webpage was clear & concise explaining the networking/Wi-Fi services.  After I submitted a contact request from the webpage, I got an immediate and professional response with a follow-up call to discuss the scope of work and equipment needed for the installation.  My installation involved installing a modem, wireless wi-fi and a switch for Ethernet connections.  All equipment was mounted in the in-wall Legrand data box, along with network cables and power cables in a secure, structured manner with a clean, organized look (a thing of beauty!).
