Not being tech savvy myself, I have always said I need my own Tech Department! Well, I finally found it! Andrew from the Tech Department did a stellar job setting up my TV and solving some serious complex computer issues for both my home and business computers. He is extremely capable, efficient, a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

Andrew was very helpful, efficient and pleasant during his visit to help me with my computer problem. He was also patient with this elder woman who needed his guidance and answered all my questions. Upon leaving, he offered his help, if needed, for further questions as they arise, just by giving a quick call or text. That was really comforting. I would highly recommend Tech Dept services and will surely use them again. Five Star!!

He did a fantastic job! He was very professional and friendly. The way he described everything was great for me and my parents. We’re not the best with technology, and he described it in such a way that left us with no questions.

We were having a problem with Outlook emails . Andrew was contacted by our daughter and he was in the Naples area and was at our home by mid morning . In a very short period of time he was able to address our problem and answer some of our other questions. Very personable and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Andrew

Andrew was terrific! He found issues that I thought were just computer annoyances. I'm not even close to know what is wrong with my computer, but he does! Also, he is nice and polite.

Andrew is amazing!! I never thought I would get my computer back running but it took Andrew almost no time to find the problem and then he cleaned up my overloaded computer so everything is more streamlined. I would call him and Tech Dept in a nanosecond if I need help again

I cannot recommend this IT team highly enough. Andrew made our migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 seamless, efficient, and far less stressful than I expected.

His technical expertise was evident throughout the entire process. Communication was quick and to the point. He was responsive and patient, and instructions were clear.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and customer-focused IT partner, this team is exceptional.

Andrew straightened out months of accumulated errors and misunderstandings and got rid of several "does not work" issues I thought I had. I'm now set up in a more secure and efficient manner and can do what I want in a reasonable time frame. Will definitely schedule him again as needed.

Andrew came fixed My Sonos system and left my condo in 30 minutes after my cable provider wreaked it without saying a Word. He is not only talented but also an interesting person to talk to. I will call him back in a second if I have any WIFI, Networking or computer support problems.
